CQOUT AS A PAYMENT AND MARKETPLACE OPTION
Cqout.com is an UK based marketplace.
They are some what popular,but mostly with fake designer merchandise and illegal tobacco products.
If run properly,the site have huge potential.However,they have "EasyPay" and "EscrowPay",their own in-house payment service,that appears to be mandatory.
I tried it out,and everything was going fine,until I asked a few questions about my late payments(2 months late...).
The customer service got very rude with me,and after many promises,I never got my money.
There are sellers who are on the site for a long time,I guess I should have kept quite.
In any event,I don't recommend them,but in all fairness,I should mention them.
